Force Drainage Ltd provides a range of drainage services, including but not limited to:

  • Drain cleaning and blockage removal (internal and external)

  • CCTV drain inspections and reporting

  • Drain repairs, including non-dig structural patch lining

  • Drain installations

  • Pre-purchase drainage surveys

  • Drainage system servicing and maintenance contracts

  • Septic tank installations

  • Water sample testing

Details of specific services, including pricing, estimated timelines, and scope of work, will be provided in a separate quote or service agreement (the "Service Agreement") which will form a binding contract between you and Force Drainage Ltd for the specific work agreed upon. In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and Conditions and a specific Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

2. Quotes and Pricing

2.1. Free No-Obligation Quotes: We offer free, no-obligation quotes for our services. All quotes are subject to site survey and may be revised if unforeseen conditions are encountered.

2.2. No Call-out Charge: We do not charge a call-out fee for emergency services within our operational areas, as detailed on our Website or communicated directly.

2.3. Pricing: Our pricing will be communicated to you clearly in a quote or Service Agreement. Prices may be subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Invoicing: Payment terms will be specified in your Service Agreement. Typically, invoices are issued upon completion of work or as per agreed milestones for larger projects.

3.2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as communicated on our invoices.

3.3. Late Payment: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

4. Guarantees

We offer a 12-month workmanship guarantee on our drainage services. This guarantee covers the quality of the work performed and the materials supplied by Force Drainage Ltd. It does not cover issues arising from:

  • Misuse or abuse of the drainage system by the client or third parties.

  • Changes or modifications made to the drainage system by parties other than Force Drainage Ltd.

  • Fair wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., ground movement, tree root ingress not directly related to our repair, third-party excavation damage).

  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed by our specific service.

Any claim under this guarantee must be reported to Force Drainage Ltd as soon as reasonably practicable after discovery of the defect.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Access: You agree to provide our engineers with safe and reasonable access to the property and the drainage system required for the performance of the Services.

5.2. Information: You agree to provide us with all necessary information relating to the drainage system, including any known history of issues, previous repairs, or system diagrams.

5.3. Safety: You are responsible for ensuring the safety of your property and any occupants during the provision of our Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Force Drainage Ltd will perform its Services with reasonable care and skill.

6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Force Drainage Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from: * Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website or Services. * Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website. * Any content obtained from the Website. * Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6.3. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

6.4. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
